At Ascend Software, we strive to deliver high-quality app development and digital solutions that meet your business needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.


🔹 1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Work was not delivered according to the agreed project scope or milestones.

  • Services were canceled before substantial work began.

  • Technical issues or errors attributable to Ascend Software prevented project completion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ascendsoftware.net within 14 days of project delivery or service engagement.


🔹 2. Refund Process

  • All refund requests will be reviewed by our team.

  • Refunds are assessed based on the project stage and work already completed.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.


🔹 3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Completed work that has been delivered and accepted.

  • Costs associated with third-party services or tools paid on behalf of the client.

  • Services canceled after substantial work has been completed.


🔹 4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and delivered.
