At Ascend Software, we strive to deliver high-quality app development and digital solutions that meet your business needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Work was not delivered according to the agreed project scope or milestones.
Services were canceled before substantial work began.
Technical issues or errors attributable to Ascend Software prevented project completion.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ascendsoftware.net within 14 days of project delivery or service engagement.
All refund requests will be reviewed by our team.
Refunds are assessed based on the project stage and work already completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Completed work that has been delivered and accepted.
Costs associated with third-party services or tools paid on behalf of the client.
Services canceled after substantial work has been completed.
In cases where partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and delivered.
