All service fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule in the project proposal or invoice.
Prices listed are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
All work delivered by Ascend Software remains the property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom software, designs, and code is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ascend Software retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials.
We provide high-quality software and support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Ascend Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Clients are responsible for backup of their data and proper use of delivered software.
Refunds are offered based on project stage and agreed-upon milestones.
Partial or full refunds may be available if work is incomplete or not delivered as per contract.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of project delivery.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Ascend Software reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
All changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
